Our Continued Response to COVID-19 (March 30th, 2020)

With the global response to COVID-19 changing every day, our Tree Amigos team would like you to know that we are making important changes too. Like many businesses in Ontario, we are facing an economic situation like we’ve never seen before. Tree Amigos is still cautiously open for business and our team is taking extra measures to ensure that our community stays healthy and safe during this time.

We are practicing several safety measures to maintain social distancing among our staff and customers. Our employees have their own vehicles to keep the recommended physical distance from others. Anyone who is not feeling well remains at home, period. Our team is closely following the recommendations by public health officials and will be adjusting our policies to meet government guidelines as they change.  

For our valued customers, we can still make your outdoor spaces beautiful! We are offering virtual services to help you with your landscaping needs. Although our office is temporarily closed to the public, we can do local estimates, no problem! With so much technology readily available, we can easily connect with you about turning your backyard into a stunning space. Why not give us a tour of your property through a video chat? Or snap a few photos for us to create an inspired design? And if you prefer to contact us by phone, we would love to hear from you. Email is another great way to communicate and send any relevant info.

In the coming days, with whatever our new “normal” will look like, many of us will be staying closer to home this summer. Just because your vacation plans may change doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a retreat right at home. We can create a backyard oasis so you can make the most of your staycation this summer season. In these uncertain times, it’s important more than ever to stay connected with family, friends, and our communities. Our team would like to express our gratitude for our customers who have reached out and supported us throughout these past few weeks. To our valued customers,

The Tree Amigos team has been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic closely and has decided to implement new policies and procedures to help protect our customers, community and staff.

Effective Immediately, we are taking the following precautions:

• We are refraining from face-to-face meetings until further notice. Our office will be CLOSED to the public, but we are easily accessible via website and email: info@treeamigoslandscaping.com
• Since our crew works outside, we are still planning to continue with outdoor projects. However, please be advised that this policy may change at any time, and that all our crew members have been instructed to refrain from entering client homes.
• All communication between Tree Amigos and its clients will be done via email, phone, or at a safe distance, when necessary.
• We are implementing government-approved practices. These include washing hands frequently for at least 20 seconds with warm, soapy water; and maintaining a social distance of at least two meters. You may view more recommendations from the Government of Canada here. 

Please know that we will continue monitoring government guidelines daily and will be updating our policies to reflect any new protocol regarding COVID-19.

We encourage our customers to stay safe, healthy, and to enjoy some time outdoors as needed. Let’s keep supporting each other as we take this day by day.
